		<description>Hi Ben, I just got done reading your post, and I&#039;d like to say that I really enjoyed it; As a Zappos employee, and both the normal consumer! I&#039;m glad that you had a good experience and that you chose Zappos to buy the Nike&#039;s from. I&#039;ve been here for three years now, and I can&#039;t say that I&#039;ve worked with a &quot;Rick&quot; here! Hopefully, I won&#039;t have to experience that, as I know exactly what it was like in college! Anyways, great post! Thanks and have a good one!</description>
